We have a systematic process to help our clients select the best franchise for their business and life needs. The process is designed for you to choose a franchise that will meet your work-life goals.
Phase 1
- An online Confidential Questionnaire (CQ) is completed.
- We have a 60-minute phone consultation.
- Our team will create the Business Model from your completed CQ and our consultation.
- The Business Model will recommend three franchises that meet your needs. It is up to you to research and learn more about these franchise concepts.

- After your research, an introduction is made with the franchisors.
Phase 2
- Discussions with the recommended franchisors will begin.
- Each franchisor has its process to help you decide which concept is the best fit, which may include webinars or conference calls.
- During this phase, our conversations will be as need to coach you while you are determining which franchise best fits your goals.
Phase 3
- In the final phase, the franchisor will invite you for a “Discovery Day” or “Meet the Team Day” to meet in person the executives of the franchise. This meeting may include visiting with some of the existing franchisees.
- You will be encouraged to reach out to existing franchisees of the concepts you are considering to learn more from their experiences of working with the franchisor. This is called validation. It is essential.
