I have a methodical process to help my candidates select the correct Franchise for their Business and Life needs. The following process helps select a Franchise that will meet you Work-Life needs:
Complete an on-line Confidential Questionnaire (CQ)
Have an hour consultation over the phone with me.
I will generate a Business Model from your CQ and our consultation.
I will then use that Business Model to present three Franchises that meet your needs.
If you agree to look into those same Franchises for more information, I will move your Business Model, CQ and Lead Registration to the Franchisor.
You, as the client, will then start talking to a representative from the Franchisors, that we selected together.
I will also remain in the process to help coach you, while you are trying to decide on which Franchise that you will ultimately decide on.
The Franchisor will usually have about a four-step process to help you decide on what Franchise you will eventually decide on. It will consist of several webinars or conference calls.
The final step in selecting a Franchise is going on a “Discovery Day” or “Meet the Team Day”. This gives you an opportunity to meet the executives of the Franchise you are pursuing, as well as visiting with some of the existing Franchisees.
Through this process, I will be reminding you about calling some existing Franchisees in the system, that you are pursuing, to find out if the Franchise has worked out for them. This is called the Validation Process; it is very important.
